Robinsons Brewery has unveiled a new look – both online and out on the road.
Stockport brewer Robinsons has launched its new website and also taken delivery of new Volvo trucks covered in the new Robinsons logo.
The mobile-first website, designed by Mando Group, includes some revolutionary new features for the brewery sector.
Robinsons have invested in experience management tool Sitecore, allowing them to personalise the website experience depending on the viewer’s browsing history and preferences website link.
They are able to track visitors across multiple channels including mobile, tablet, desktop, email, and social media.
The website brings together previously separate portals, including those for existing and prospective licensees, retailers looking to stock the beers, and visitors to both the brewer’s Visitor Centre and its pubs.
The new website is also a huge benefit to each of Robinsons 300 pubs, boasting a new pub website for each, which integrates with social media, where individual publicans can promote their own events and generate additional footfall.
Heading up the digital project for Robinsons, communications manager Daniella Martin said: “This new digital platform is a major investment for Robinsons and yet another sign of our commitment to the future.
“In addition to providing greater online visibility and driving business for Robinsons, we hope it will in turn increase footfall and revenue for our 300 pubs across the north west.
“Whether you’re interested in running a Robinsons pub, stocking our award-winning beers or buying them online, taking a brewery tour, finding out about our contract brewing and packaging services, or keeping up-to-date with the activities of our pubs, you can easily find what you’re looking for via our website.”
Robinsons has also taken delivery of two 24-tonne Volvo FL Urban Artics to deliver beer, wines and spirits to Robinsons 300 pubs as well as trade customers from as far afield as the Pennines, north Wales and Cumbria.
The trucks are expected to cover 38,000km a year each.
